Could teen pop sensation Justin Bieber be a male Britney Spears in the making? While the 16-year-old has yet to showcase any addiction problems — like those that have plagued other young stars like Spears and Lindsay Lohan — the singer does have some big issues that are concerning Camp Bieber. “Justin has really become a lot to handle,” a member of his team told me Thursday. “He really has become paranoid about being protected from fans or just about anyone else he doesn’t know. He’s become terribly jumpy and is constantly snapping at everyone around him. Royal Canadian Mounted Police launched an investigation into charges brought by a 12-year-old boy’s father.
